L'Oréal Canada has developed a unique employee training program to teach employees about multi-generational differences in the workplace. "Baby-boomer", "Generation X" and "Generation Y" employees meet to discuss their differing expectations within the workplace, and work in mixed-generation teams to learn about and appreciate each other's strengths and aptitudes.
"Overall, I thought that [Valorizing Intergenerational Differences] was one of the most interesting training sessions I've attended. The topic was very relevant, and it helped me to better understand age dynamics in the workplace."
