  • manages an Aboriginal Relations Committee as well as "Horizons", a cross functional group comprised of both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal employees who develop targeted recruitment programs and initiatives
  • recently appointed a Director of Aboriginal Relations to oversee and manage the development of Aboriginal initiatives, such as an awareness training program
  • works with band councils across their locations to ensure job postings and summer student positions reach Aboriginal candidates, and are also developing an Aboriginal telecommunications apprenticeship program for the future
