  • recently created the position of Resolution and Diversity Officer to manage diversity programs and policy implementation
  • manages a three-year employment equity plan and continues to conduct employment equity surveys -- which form the basis for reports that are presented to the Board in order to help determine upcoming recruitment goals
  • initiated a campus-wide positive space program for students and employees and manages the Rainbow Pride Club of LGBT students, employees and allies
