  • the company provides internships to applicants from designated groups for a period of up to one year, during which they gain experience within various business units -- if the term is completed successfully, interns may become employed on a full-time basis
  • participates in the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology's employment readiness and bridging programs to assist the employment efforts of persons with disabilities -- the program includes classroom work which is followed by on-the-job workplace training
