Senior (IT) Technical Service Specialists - Medical Technology (Bilingual and English positions available)

KATHBERN MANAGEMENT is working with XLTEK to identify senior top performers in customer-focused tech support as the company continues on its path of exciting growth.

XLTEK is a medical technology company and subsidiary of U.S. based Natus Medical Incorporated (www.natus.com) which designs, develops and sells proprietary medical devices. XLTEK's core business consists of its Neuro Diagnostic Equipment, used by neurology specialists to assist in the diagnosis and monitoring of the central and peripheral nervous systems.

These core products are sold into three main markets (mostly in the U.S.): the neurophysiology market, the epilepsy market, and the sleep disorders market. This role is accountable for providing comprehensive technical support for Natus products to a wide range of customers, distributors, field service and other personnel at a senior level of responsibility.

Successful candidates, performing at a senior help desk level, are motivated by testing themselves in new areas and solving technical issues experienced by their customers without further escalation. They are VERY customer focused, diplomatic and possess an above average EQ.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a help desk environment is required, with experience that includes lead roles in supporting networks or software. Candidates must be professional, articulate and able to support and train their clients, often under pressure, and will continue learning and sharing their knowledge within a team environment.
• A proven track record in exceptional customer service is required, as is demonstrated technical expertise in advanced troubleshooting of Windows workstations, servers and networking; experience with Citrix, SQL and hardware would be considered an asset.  Qualifications also include studies in information technology.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
