CAE recognizes international Bachelor's degrees on par with Canadian Bachelor's degrees during the hiring process. A job applicant with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a school in Romania, for instance, is given the same consideration as another job applicant with the same Bachelor's degree from a school in Canada. If an internationally-trained applicant is deemed the best suited to the job available, CAE will hire that candidate and treat their qualifications the same as if they were acquired in Canada.
