  • the company attends targeted career fairs for internationally educated professionals and employees are involved in the Halifax Connect Program, a referral process to help connect immigrants and international students with job opportunities in the city
  • forwards vacancies to Immigrant Settlement & Integration Services (ISIS) and utilizes resources offered by the organization, such as free English as a Second Language training
