  • participated in the ALLIES Learning Exchange Program -- 150 participants from 10 cities across Canada met to discuss issues and strategies to promote the employment of skilled immigrants
  • employees who are new to Canada are paired with a mentor from the employee resource group for visible minorities and newcomers to Canada

  • works with a third-party credential assessment service, the World Education Services, to review foreign credentials and education
"I came here as an immigrant in 2009. RBC brought me back to the 'Banking Industry,' which has been my career and passion for twenty years. I never thought I could continue this in Canada. It was RBC that gave me the chance and opportunity to explore and learn many things about 'Canadian Banking.'"
