For example, the company analyzed the postal codes of its Calgary employees' home addresses to help choose a new office location convenient to a majority of employees. Managers receive training in how to conduct effective performance reviews. As part of the review process employees can provide confidential feedback on their manager's performance. As part of the company's new online review process is designed to facilitate an ongoing dialogue between managers and employees. The online tool allows both parties to record their comments, and employees and managers must both approve and sign off on the reviews before they are saved.
