Founded in 2002, the privately-held company is a licensed developer for some of the largest videogame publishers, including Nintendo, Sega and Activision. The company has developed ten major titles since its founding and is behind such titles as NHL Hitz Pro, Mario Strikers Charged, Spiderman Friend or Foe, and TransFormers Cypertron Adventures.
