Young People Highlights

The City of Mississauga encourages ongoing employee development with subsidies for tuition and professional accreditation, in-house apprenticeship opportunities, online training and an online skills inventory. The City also manages "Building Leadership Capacity", a training program to help employees of all levels (from entry-level to senior management) develop their leadership skills.
