Enbridge helps new graduates transition to the work place with an Engineering New Graduate program that includes an internal mentoring program. In addition, the company manages an external mentoring program in partnership with the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. The program runs from September to April and employees from all levels may act as mentors to undergraduate and graduate students.
