GAP employees have the opportunity to travel and work at international offices. The organization's head office features an employee lounge with television, video games, foosball table, and iPad stations. The company hosts an annual 3-day weekend company event where employees worldwide are flown to Toronto to participate in a retreat. GAP also rewards top performing employees with trips around the world. Employees are entitled to "educational trips", one free trip per calender year, which includes the cost of airfare.
