In addition to subsidies for tuition and professional accreditation, the company manages the "Intuit Learning Network", a website with learning resources and access to over 1,000 courses. Intuit manages a rotational development program for university graduates, which exposes them to key areas of operation. Employees receive seven weeks of training and complete rotational assignments for a four to six month period. Intuit also maintains a unique policy of "unstructured time" that allows employees to devote 10% of their time to work on independent "interest" projects, such as brainstorming ways to improve the work place.
