Employees may take any course offered at the college at a subsidized rate, which also extends to family members. In addition, Humber offers formal mentoring and career planning services. The college developed "Leadership Academy", a program for Deans, Academic Administrators, Directors, Managers, and Program Coordinators. The 18-month program consists of two weeks of residential learning, practicum, reflection papers, and mentoring. On the job, employees can take a break in the employee lounge that features a fireplace, television, pool table, foosball, table hockey, table tennis, and board games.
