L'Oréal recently launched "Reveal", an online career orientation game for students. Participants learn about various roles and occupations within the organization, and are scored based on their performance. Top scorers are invited to the local L'Oréal head office to meet employees and participate in team activities and meetings. The company also manages the "L'Oréal FIT" (Follow-up and Integration Track) program to provide employees with two years of customized guidance and training.
In addition to subsidies for tuition and professional accreditation, L'Oréal manages an in-house training program called "Akademia L'Oréal Canada", with specialized training modules for marketing, sales, accounting, finance, and supply chain operations. L'Oréal also hosts unique "Breakfasts with the President", which allow employees to interact directly with the company's President.
