Rogers encourages ongoing employee development with subsidies for tuition and professional accreditation, in-house and online training, career planning services, and "Tandem", a team mentoring program to provide employees with career development support. The company also manages "Walk a Mile in My Shoes", a program that allows employees to work within different roles across the company in order to better understand the customer's experience. Employees may choose from 60 different positions. In addition, Rogers hosts "Saturday Mornings@Rogers", which are weekly professional development lectures featuring guest speakers. The lectures are hosted at the Toronto head office and can be attended in person or via webcast.
