In addition to subsidies for tuition and professional accreditation, RSM offers financial bonuses for course completion and a variety of in-house training initiatives. Employees who are preparing for a career in auditing receive extensive training for CA and UFE exams. The firm provides subsidies to cover the cost of association membership, exam fees, study material, and four weeks of salary to cover the time spent in the program. In partnership with McGill University, RSM created a leadership development program for high potential employees.
