 Young People Highlights

TIFF encourages ongoing employee development through tuition subsidies for courses related to their position, internship opportunities, and in-house training programs. TIFF manages a "WINGS", a unique bursary of up to $500 to help subsidize employee travel costs to film festivals around the world.
