The Assistant Snow Pro is responsible, under the direction of the Supervisor, for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by supporting their assigned certified Instructor in a professional and well-organized manner. Assistant Snow Pro's are expected to learn the tools of the trade and strive toward becoming a certified pro during the 2021/2022 season. The snow school provides daily on hill training sessions in addition to CASI/CSIA courses and updates throughout the season. Assistant Snow Pro's are expected to support the resort mission by ensuring that we are "creating the best memories again and again" by providing the best possible experience for our guests. Assist the Supervisor in greeting guests as they arrive at the lesson location. When required be available to assist the supervisor by organizing groups. Assist in the set up/tear down of the magic carpet area Provide a fun, safe ski/snowboard program to children between the ages of 2 frac12; & 12 Be a good role model for children, i.e. language, appropriate dress, body language etc. Participate with a safety-oriented attitude Communicate any incidents of a health and safety nature with the instructor responsible Encourage positive promotion of the program with guests and peers Participate in department and optional training as required what do we need from you?
