Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Product Guidance

• Greet customers and assess their skin, hair care, or cosmetic needs.
• Recommend appropriate health and beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, and natural alternatives.
• Offer in-store mini-makeovers, demonstrations, and personalized skincare suggestions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product education and attentive service.

Sales Strategy & Store Operations

• Encourage product sales by building trust and communicating product benefits clearly.
• Collaborate with team members and management to execute department sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while supporting customers’ wellness and beauty objectives.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Follow store schematics and enhance visual merchandising with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Maintain product inventory and ensure stock levels and displays meet store standards.

Reporting & Development

• Prepare basic sales reports and performance summaries as required.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training programs.
• Stay informed on the latest health, beauty, and skincare trends.
• Share knowledge with team members and support cross-departmental collaboration.

Training & Compliance

• Completion of required Lessonly training modules
• Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
• Help drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.
• Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability
